Shan P. Patel is a principal and co-founder of S & P Interests. With a background in real estate and finance, Shan specializes in ground-up developments, project leasing, investment sales, and asset management. Shan has achieved exceptional returns for his clients and received accolades for his creative forethought and diligent implementation. Shan attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance. Shan enjoys playing competitive sports and snowboarding.

Joseph R. Sebesta

Joseph R. Sebesta is a principal and co-founder of S & P Interests. Joseph has been intricately involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selections, management and development in Houston’s MSA for over a decade after studying at the University of Houston. He specializes in landlord representation, new developments, the gentrification of urban areas, and the disposition of investment grade property. He has earned independent and team recognition for his diligence by receiving Top Producer and COSTAR Power Broker awards. Joseph is a native Houstonian and enjoys spending time on the Gulf Coast with family and friends. His passions include fishing, hunting and competitive sports.

Joshua Sebesta

Josh Sebesta is a native Texan and partner with S&P Interests who specializes in buyer/tenant representation and investment sales.  The first six years of Josh’s career were spent as a leasing agent & tenant representative with a boutique industrial firm, followed by twelve years leasing grocery anchored shopping centers for United Equities, Inc.  During these 18 years Josh cultivated relationships with clients that he continues to serve today, taking great pride in the longevity and loyalty he shares with a variety of investors, retailers, and restaurateurs. 

Having represented both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer sides for many years has uniquely positioned Josh to assist his clients with an abundance of experience for any transaction.  In addition to brokerage responsibilities, Josh helps with management of the investment and tenant representation teams at S&P Interests.

Josh and his wife have two daughters, Anneleise and Maya.  In his spare time Josh enjoys fishing, hunting & traveling.

Henry García

Henry Garcia is a Houston native with 10+ years experience as a Sales Director in the commodity industry. Henry understands that providing the highest and best service for his client positions them for success. This methodology translated seamlessly as he transitioned into commercial real estate. Henry specializes in acquisitions / dispositions and tenant representation. Henry is fluent in Spanish and enjoys time with family, traveling, snowboarding, playing soccer and attending sporting events.

Ethan R. Beck

Ethan R. Beck is a lifelong Houstonian, who specializes in Seller/Landlord representation. While studying at Texas State University, Ethan transitioned into an Internship with S&P Interests which ignited his passion for commercial real estate. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent, he has focused his efforts towards diligently working for his clients to achieve their commercial real estate goals. Ethan enjoys playing basketball, taking his dog for walks and spending time with family and friends.

Nelson J. Senegal has joined S&P Interests with over 10+ years’ experience as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Agent in the Houston/Katy area. He earned Top Producer awards for 10 straight years as a 5-Star Platinum Agent for both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Nelson also spent 7 years on the board of directors for his office. Prior to real estate Nelson spent over 15 years with the Coca Cola-Company as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Houston Market Unit.
